Hello and welcome to The Strong Woman Program! I'm Melissa, a professional dancer, choreographer and movement specialist, with qualifications spanning all forms of fitness and dance, including advanced yoga, Pilates, Progressing Ballet, Tango with Pole and nutrition, to name a few. I'm a foodie mum of two, passionate about dance, good wine, coastal life, travel and the kind of positive mindset that comes from spending time in the fresh air, in cultivating good personal habits, friendships and body image through long-term wellbeing, strength and confidence. It's my mission to empower women, helping them to find a balance between work and home life, building resilience to deal with the pressures that life can bring. Drawing upon my years of experience and personal connections with strong women of all ages, I've created a personalised fitness, dance, nutrition, and lifestyle program that's individual, evidence-based and achievable for transformative results—physically and in every element of your life. Strength can mean different things to different people. Many women feel they have lost their identity—after childbirth, in peri-menopause or menopause, after stressful life events or perhaps because they never quite discovered themselves. Confidence is built brick-by-brick, and we can show you some tools to start.

A six week program to kickstart your confidence and improve strength in all areas 

Tell me about yourself

We begin with a comprehensive assessment, to understand your unique needs and goals, talking through challenges as well as the strengths you'd like to build on. This could be fitness, nutrition, sleep, confident communication or learning to quieten the negative voice in your head that may stop you from flourishing. 

Personalization

Based on the assessment, we create a personalized plan tailored to your individual needs, using three key pillars: movement, nutrition and your overall wellbeing. It is a 360 degree approach that prioritises you, not a 'one size fits all'.

Continuous Support

I am on hand to help you to stay on track with the program, to avoid burnout or crises in confidence—we all have those days when you need a word of encouragement to refocus! I can be that person, and there is a community of strong women you can choose to be a part of, because women build each other up!

Progress Tracking

We monitor your progress and adjust the plan as needed to ensure your success in achieving overall wellbeing. Progress isn't linear or overnight; it's a journey we can take together.

Feedback

Your feedback is essential. We can adapt to ensure that you are on the right program for you, because life can be unpredictable.

Lifestyle Maintenance

Once you achieve your initial goals, we can look to the future and put tools in place to maintain good habits—in movement, nutrition and, most importantly, in the way you think, talk about, and see yourself. You are your own greatest champion!

We offer continuous support to ensure you stay on track and motivated on your journey.

What if the plan needs to change?

We regularly review and adjust the program based on your progress and feedback to ensure your overall wellness goals are met.

I have some dietary needs...

Not a problem, we take all dietary restrictions and preferences into account when creating your nutritional plan, as part of the overall program.

What if I can't make it to an 'in person' meeting?

We can provide virtual consultations to make The Strong Woman Program accessible to everyone, no matter where you are based.
